We are currently looking for a true sales leader for the position of Head of Sales—a proactive, innovative individual eager to implement new initiatives. Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a modern sales growth strategy that includes innovative approaches and tools
- Taking responsibility for sales results and expanding into new markets and sales channels
- Acting as a leader and mentor—inspiring, motivating, and developing the sales team
- Actively identifying, testing, and implementing new sales solutions within the organization
- Collaborating with the board on commercial strategies and recommending actions based on market analysis and sales performance
- Creating and promoting a sales culture focused on innovation, client partnerships, and excellence
- Supporting the entire sales process—from building customer relationships to closing deals
- Analyzing sales data, drawing conclusions, and providing strategic recommendations
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and in dealings with key business partners
